Update – 9/4/19

Installation of roadway aggregate continued last week at various project locations.  Depending on weather, asphalt paving is expected to begin at the end of this week or next.  Paving will require multiple trucks pulling in and out of the work zone.  Please use extreme caution when driving through the project.

Storm sewer installation concluded last week.  Additional storm sewer work will occur later this year during the next phase.

Concrete staining for the parapet wall at Buffalo Creek started last week.  When complete, the staining will replicate stacked stone.

Pavement markings were refreshed within the project limits.

Northbound traffic on Quentin Road will see a new traffic pattern as early as the week of September 9th.  Traffic at the south project limits will be shifted east, then jogged back west to the current lanes between High Knoll Court and Greenwood Drive and east again at the north project limits.  This is necessary to construct a portion of the future medians.  This will be the first of several small phases of work before all traffic is shifted east so work on the west side of the road can begin.

Please check the Photos tab for more in-depth information regarding the project.
