Update – 9/30/19

Contractors continued installing underground conduit for the intersection traffic signals and interconnect last week.  Mast arm foundations were also poured for the new signal equipment at Quentin Road and West Cuba Road.

Contractors continued to place aggregate for the future shared use path on the east side of Quentin Road.  It is anticipated the path will be paved at the end of next week.  Last week fence installation started at several project retaining walls and will continue this week.

A new traffic pattern is anticipated to be in place today, Monday, September 30th.  Northbound traffic will be shifted east through the project limits on to the new asphalt pavement.  This is necessary to construct areas of the future medians and temporary pavement. Pavement removal in the medians will begin this week.  This lane configuration will be in place until approximately the end of October when southbound lanes will also be shifted east.

Please check the Photos tab for more in-depth information regarding the project.
