Update – 03/23/2020

Retaining wall construction continued at multiple project locations over the last two weeks.  Two retaining walls and ornamental fence installation north of White Pine Circle were completed in advance of embankment and topsoil placement.

Concrete and reinforcing steel were placed for the retaining wall across from Boschome Drive.  The parapet wall will have a textured surface which will be stained to replicate stone, similar to other project locations.  The remaining portions of this parapet wall will be poured in the next couple of weeks.

Installation of the panels for the retaining wall north of Pine Lake Circle is almost complete.  Once complete, reinforced concrete and parapets will be constructed at the top.  Concrete placement at this wall could begin near the end of the week.

Other project work included placement of storm sewers at several locations and grading for final landscaping on the east side of Quentin Road.  Work on the noise walls is anticipated to begin this week.  Please keep in mind all construction activities, particularly during spring and winter months, are dependent on weather and crew availability.
